You can download Skype by doing a quick internet search for Skype Download and choosing the latest version.

• Sonlight recommends use of Skype, as it seems to be the most economical way to contact customers

Audio Settings

To configure your computer to send and receive sounds through your head-set: Click on your Start button, then Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices. Under the Audio tab make sure that Sound Playback and Sound Recording are set to your headset rather than speakers. You can change this back to speakers when needed.

Wireless headsets and wi-fi internet?
