(Replaces Secrets of Great Communicators) Formatted similar to other Thinkwell products we carry with short videos and notes. It covers all the major topics of a Public Speaking course:

  • Intro and history of public speaking
  • The audience
  • Preparing a speech (research and organization)
  • Presenting a speech
  • Types of speeches
  • Tests to cover the content
  • Sample speeches from well-known people who communicate well

System Requirements:
General:

  • Internet connection at 56Kb or faster, broadband strongly recommended

  • 256MB RAM.

MAC®:

  • PowerPC® G3 500MHz or faster, or Intel® Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster
  • Mac OS® X v10.4 or later
  • 256MB RAM.

Offering:
Item #CR01 will be part of the Electives package (#400E).

  • It will contain only an authorization code. No CDs, software, workbooks or textbooks.
  • 12 month subscription that begins when customer enters their access code into the Thinkwell website

Note:
We will offer the CD set and Notes as separate items, if the customer would like them. Be aware, while this gives the customer access to the content after the 12 month period and off-line, it doesn't give them access to grading feature, tests, or additional links.

  • Public Speaking CD set: contains all the video lessons so you can watch them away from the Internet
  • Public Speaking Printed Notes: Lectures notes on the go. Great way to review lecture notes away from home.
  • Course is designed to be used by one student. If a customer would like to use it for an additional student a few years later, they could purchase the CD set and printed notes, but they will not be able to access the online features.
