Product update

It appears that Summit issued a reprint of the 4th Edition 2006 Teacher's Manual in 2010 or 2011, and made a few changes. In the process, they accidentally put the Unit One 90-day Syllabus on the Unit Two page. The correct syllabus can be found in the Student Text. They also removed the run times from the DVD. (8.2.11)

Customer emailed about not having one of the Teacher's CD-ROMs mentioned in the Understanding the Times manual. She looked again through the manual pages and found the material she was looking for ("Dear Doug" letters, Worldview paper requirements). Instead of being in a CD-ROM, they were printed and included in the manual. So apparently the manual notes about looking for the material in the Teacher's CD-ROM is incorrect.

p 143 catalog error Student workbook is entitled Student manual everywhere else.

  • 6 DVD-Roms (playable ONLY on the computer - contain lectures) and 2 DVDs (produced by another company - can be played on DVD player AND computer)
  • Softcover Student Manual (formerly known as student workbook; available individually from Sonlight)
  • Hardcover Student textbook (is available separately from publisher and would be necessary for a co-op situation, family could share one textbook)
  • Hardcover spiral bound teacher's manual

Bad Disc 10.9.07

If the customer has a bad disc, they can contact Summit Ministries at 719.685.9103 or we can have CR contact them for the customer. There were a batch of disc 3 shipped that were corrupt. Summit will replace the disc.
