Core P4/5 Package with Readers K (PC01)

  • PCO1 customers should have received TWO 1" binders with their order (one for the Core P4/5 and one for the LAK). All orders placed online through late August received only ONE 1" binder. We have done a query and pulled all customers who ordered PC01 ... we will be emailing an apology letter with a $10 coupon to compensate for any inconvenience. These customers were not charged for the second binder, the system just didn't include it. (9.8.08)
  • PC01 has an incorrect price in the catalog. The correct price is $436.55. That includes the items mentioned in the green box on page 18: IG, bible, world cultures, read alouds, LA K (but NOT PL00: ABC & First Thousand Words), science, readiness skills and readers K.
  • UPDATE - CATALOG PRICE WILL BE HONORED UNTIL 7/15. updated 4.23.08

Book defects, backorders, edition changes, etc.

  • The Classic Tales of Brer Rabbit (PA17) and Uncle Wiggily's Story Book (PA18) is replacing Golden book treasury. Will ship with 2009 IG (PTB). (2.17.09

  • Family-Time Bible in Pictures (PB02)This is the same product we carried in the past with a different cover. There has been no change in content.(4.2.08)

Core B - binder/tabs

There is a 1 inch binder included with the core purchase. There are NO tabs included with Core B (regardless of whether it is purchased with K readers or not). This core IG has one page per week, minimal sheets, no study guides, etc. If the customer purchased a core and they want the tabs they can order at their Club cost of 10% off and free shipping.

Developing the Early Learner Update - The Record Sheet on the back cover of books 2-4 does not match the skills worked on in the book. There are other discrepancies including an extra row titled "Comprehension/Categories" that does not match any of the book content. Since we do not publish this book, we are unable to offer any corrections. (8.2.07)

Why do we provide literature "treasuries" in Core B instead of individual books?

There is financial value to using a treasury. We tend, for the most part, to stay away from hardback books because they cost more, and they weigh more, thus costing more to ship (especially creating a hardship for our international customers). Also, in some cases, stories included in a treasury are no longer available as a single volume as they are out of print.

Core B IG now 3-hole punched FOR 2007 IG is 3-hole punched set of sheets ready to slide into a binder. A 1" binder is included in the Core program.
