Can I tweak the script?
Feel free to make the email your own. Some have suggestion always sending a follow-up email that includes links to products mentioned during the call along with the agreed upon time for follow-up ("I look forward to talking with you again in about three weeks."). Others suggest adding a line such as, "Sonlight asked me to call because I am a homeschool mom with x number of years experience" or "My name is ___, and I am an experienced homeschool mom and Sonlight Curriculum user. Since you expressed interest in this seminar, Sonlight asked me to contact you to offer my assistance."
