Intro & Signature In Footprints [updated 1.31.08]

New Advisors: Facilitator will set up your Intro & Signature in FP for you.

To maintain consistency and continuity in customer contacts, we need to begin using the same intro and closing lines as Customer Relations.

Do NOT use a greeting line in addition to the intro (i.e. no "Dear Jane," - just start with the intro). Type in the customer's name after you insert the intro into the email.

INTRO: Thank you, , for contacting us. As a Sonlight user and advisor, I am happy to assist you. CLOSING: It has been a pleasure serving you today. Please let me know if I can assist you further. [insert name here] Sonlight Curriculum Advisor


In the initial response use the standard greeting/closing. In subsequent contacts on the same ticket, modify as needed to address the specific issues in the email.
