IG Error? [updated 1.31.08]
IG: First, check your IG. You may wish to keep your IG up-to-date, by marking in any updates as they are posted on wiki, but all reported errors should be found in wiki and Curriculum Updates page. In the IG, remember to look at the schedule page, any notes for that week, any appendices in that particular IG, and the applicable guide (i.e. History Study Guide, Reader, Study Guide, Read-Aloud Study Guide). Information can be found in any of those places!
Curriculum Updates Page: Third, take a look at the curriculum changes page on Sonlight's public forums under Member > Curriculum Updates.
Wiki: Check Wiki under the appropriate Product area.
Facilitator: Lastly, check with the Facilitator, or if she is not available the CA on duty.
Anytime we are unable to resolve the problem with the above steps, refer the ticket to the Facilitator, priority of Urgent. The SCA facilitator will request information from Sonlight directly. Be sure to let the customer know we are checking and will get back to them as soon as possible.
