Catalog not received

  • As of 4/4/07, if customer has not received catalog enter their information online for customer and forward NAME and ZIP CODE to Lysa Sands
  • 5.11.07 Domestic catalog requests from 4/26 - 4/30 were lost. Shipper will be sending them 1st class today.

Catalog Shipping info updated 3.07

  • 1/1 – 2/28: Standard
  • No catalogs shipped in March - requests added to catalogs shipped from printer
  • 4/1 - catalongs shipped from printer: Standard
  • 4/1 – 5/30: 1st Class [will include any catalog requests received AFTER list sent to printer]
  • 6/1 – 7/14: Standard
  • 7/15 – 8/31: 1st Class
  • 9/1 – 11/30: Standard
  • 12/1 – 12/31: 1st Class

Please keep an eye/ear out for feedback regarding our catalog shipments. Compared to last year are there more compliments? More complaints? Etc.


2007 Catalog sent to billing address of:

  • customers who have ordered since 1/1/05
  • customers who have been added to our customer database since 1/1/0; database includes
    • SCC contacts
    • customers who created an account in SCOPS
    • customers who created an account in Sonia
  • individuals who have requested a catalog since 1/1/07.

The list was generated on 2/22/07 - any requests since that date will be shipped from Sonlight about 4/1.


3.31.07 Postcard sent to customers who were NOT sent catalog

As we did last year, we mailed a postcard with return reply card they can tear off OR they can respond to a listed URL. These went to people who ordered more than 2 years ago (in 2003 and 2004), were added as prospects in 2005, or requested a catalog in Sept-Dec 2006—so they missed our cutoffs for the catalog mailing.

The message was tweaked for each of these 3 groups. US cards mailed out on Tuesday (3.27) and internationals went on Thursday (3.29).
