WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
- 2009 Product Development Update - a review of the five main updates for the 2009 catalog season.
- 2007/2008 Sonlight Highlights - Wayne's biannual look at Sonlight highlights for the past two years.
- Product Review from Survey - information presented as requested on ARTistic Pursuits, Professor Teaches software, Thinkwell Math, Secrets of Great Communicators, Understanding the Times
- Internet Marketing - a "how to" session covering the new SCC web pages as well as some other exciting news!
- 2009 Product Discussion - an opportunity to discuss any questions about the product updates, and brainstorm ideas on how to best market these changes.
- Website Evaluation - an opportunity to share your thoughts/suggestions/concerns with our Web Team.
- Customer Relations Workshop - gain a basic understanding of how CR, the order process, the shipping process, book edition changes, IG corrections all work so you can help set realistic expectations for all divisions of Sonlight affecting our customers. Also, learn Sonlight's NEW PROCEDURES for SCC customer's contacting Sonlight via email and phone.

TECH REQUIREMENTS FOR WEBINAR
All eight workshops will be presented in Webinar format. The following are tech specs for participating:
- You must have a high speed Internet connection. You can attempt to connect with a 56K dial-up connection, but no promises that it will work.
- Windows 2000 or higher, Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or 10.5 Leopard
- Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher
- Teleconferencing will be part of each webinar ... the dial-in is not toll-free unless you have some type of VoIP access.
- VoIP access through the webinar platform is available to any who have a USB headset. Toll-free.
- Your headset must have muting capability.
- Java 1.3 or higher provides a better experience, but you can view through a basic Internet browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or Camino)
