Calling Card Instructions

Dial 800-315-9339. Your home phone number will be in their software system, so you should not need to punch in the pin to continue. Occasionally a software glitch may require a pin. You can contact the facilitator for this information if you do not have it. If the situation continues, be sure to let her know. [We can add a number other than your home number if you have need, just let the facilitator know.]

When your account balance gets low ($5 - October through February; $20 - March through August), email the facilitator asking for the card to be recharged.

Do not use the calling card on a day you are not scheduled to work without first checking with the facilitator. During the busy season we share phone cards among advisors.

If you need a different number loaded into One Suite or you need a calling card pin, please contact the facilitator.
