Damaged or lost CDs?

TT will allow customers who purchased through SL to obtain replacement CD's''' for damaged or lost CD's for $15. The customer will need to contact TT directly.

    Teaching Textbooks Math 3 has now been released by TT. We expect our shipment to arrive in our warehouse later this week. We are now receiving orders for TT Math 3 and putting them on hold. Teaching Textbooks Math 3. We expect to ship them later this week.

TT Math 4:

    Teaching Textbooks now has a PC/Mac compatible version of TT Math 4 available. They are shipping to us and we hope to have them in house and ready to sell sometime next week. The product page on the web site will be updated as soon as we receive the shipment.

    As of May, 2007, customers who purchased TT 7 prior to this time can return their CD's to receive the new, revised (corrected) CD's. They will mail the CD's to TT directly. DO NOT include the CD folder or any other materials. For instructions on how to save the grade book prior to returning the CD's, contact TT directly. Upon receipt of the new CD's the customer will have to uninstall and reinstall the system, which will cause the gradebook to reset.
    • The initial set of CD's had errors in the problems - they occasionally didn't line up with the text or the voice reading the problem didn't match the problem on the screen, etc. The updated CD's corrected these errors.
