  • Berenstain Bears' Big Book of Science and Nature - some had defective binding. Problem now resolved with publisher. Following email sent to customers who purchased: (10/2/08)

Our records indicate you ordered The Berenstain Bears' Big Book of Science and Nature (item PS12). We discovered some of these books came from the publisher with defective bindings.

If your new copy of this book has a binding that's falling apart or looks as though it might, we apologize for this inconvenience. Please let us know and we'll be happy to send you a coupon to cover the cost of the book or a replacement copy. We want you to have sturdy materials that will last for years.
