Daily Task Review
- Details on what to when you are scheduled in Live Call, Live Chat, or Voice mail
Availability
Please upload your availability to the google doc by 9 AM Monday Morning.
How to view Schedule in gMail
If you are viewing the schedule in gmail, you will have to download it - viewing it in html does not work correctly.
If you need Schedule Changes
If you need a change to the schedule after the schedule has been published, it is the advisor's responsibility to find a replacement. The time for changes is when the potential schedule is being reviewed. Barring emergency (medical, etc.) being on the final schedule constitutes a commitment to be available for work.
Schedule Tips and Guidelines
- You need to be there when your shift starts
- Some adaptation is necessary at the end/start of shifts due to Footprints license issues (not enough licenses for the number of individuals going in and out)
- Important to communicate to CA when your hours exceed your shift time (move into next shift)
- If scheduled to start at 12:30, alert both am and pm shift CA’s when you will start.
- Think about the number of hours to which you committed per week when you were hired – post enough availability
- Post availability – as much as possible.
- Email Facilitator if you have preferred times within that availability.
- Schedule is a guideline –
- if volume doesn’t demand it, then we quit early
- if volume does demand it, someone WILL step up and get the job done – Facilitator will send out an email to ask for help when needed those that go over and above will be appreciated and will be rewarded as we are able
- If you have issues w/ schedule, contact Facilitator
- Goal is to contact customer as quickly as possible
- If we need to hire more advisors, we will, but those who commit to 20 hours a week will get priority
- Those who are available the majority of the weeks during the summer will have priority. Vacations, conventions, etc., are expected, but being gone numerous weeks can put a strain on the schedule.
- I understand ‘life happens’, but we need to realize the commitment required for a contract job – we work when the work is available
