Core includes Reader component 4.6.06

Each CORE IG will become a package with two components:

the History/Read-Aloud IG the Reader mini-schedule and study guide

The new READER IG will become a Necessary Resource for the Reader Package. (Meaning if a customer wants to purchase *just* the Reader package, we will alert them to the fact that the Reader IG is a necessary resource for that package).

The reason for doing this revolves around our re-purchase agreement. Packaged in this fashion, customers who wish to re-purchase an IG will get their full Core IG. It will also force IG-only customers to purchase a full IG rather than simply the History/Read-Aloud portion. It also allows customers who want to purchase a Reader package to get the books with no IG, and those who are adding a Reader Package to another Core to get the right Reader IG to go along with it.
