Can I check the availability of certain items?

While we can not guarantee the number or availability of an item over the phone, we can give an idea if there appears to be an adequate supply. To guarantee the quantity for that order, and its price, the order must be entered into the computer. For this information, please refer to customer service.

It is always a bit uncomfortable for us to remind people once they are on the phone. We do not accept phone orders. It is possible that we may accept phone orders in the distant future. At this time, however, we require you to take the time to carefully consider and communicate ON PAPER what it is you wish us to send you.

We have found this policy reduces the number of errors: fewer errors on your part, and fewer errors on our part, as well. There are fewer misspelled names and addresses, and fewer missed items.

Better than that, order entry from hard copy reduces our cost , and increases our speed of order entry – which means we have more time to answer your questions and more time to concentrate on picking, packing and shipping your order.

Request for discontinued item

If a client is requesting an item that is no longer included in a core program, SCOPS may show the item but when they try to order it, the system may tell them it is an invalid number. If the item does not show up in SCOPS, then we are out of stock. A list of items available that are NOT in the catalog can be found on the main site under Website Exclusives.
