We do not assign the first section of Usborne Encyclopedia of World History. We begin this book at the beginning of recorded history, thus avoiding the more controversial prehistoric material.
We are able to offer the four volume bind-up at a wonderful price, $19.95, rather than just carrying volumes 2-4 which cost $22.95 each. So customers get a better bargain by buying the full encyclopedia and we just ignore the first portion.
