Wheel on the School Out of Print (6.3.15)

The Wheel on the School is currently out of print. We have temporarily replaced this book with Kildee House (CA16) and Welcome to Silver Street (EE03). This is a *temporary* solution, with the hopes that the publisher will reprint the book within the not too distant future. For those customers who order any of the following packages/sub-packages:

1MSR, 1MSP,BC1R4, BC1R5, BC2R4, BC2R5, BC3R4, BC3R5, BA5, BA4

We have included a letter of explanation plus an updated schedule for those two titles.

Memorization Assignments (10.8.13)

Note of clarification: Some customers have mentioned our memorization verses for Bible do not match up with the Sing the Word CD tracks in Core B. Please note the scheduled memorization verses are based on readings from Leading Little Ones to God. We've still scheduled tracks from the Sing the Word CD, but sometimes we list them in the schedule for your listening enjoyment and edification only, not for memorization. We apologize for the confusion this has caused. (This can be found in the Week 1/Day 1 notes and on the Curriculum Updates page).

Update: Because so many customers have complained about the lack of correlation between assigned memory work and the Sing the Word CD, we have created a new schedule which assigns a match scripture reference. Schedule will be available on Curriculum Updates page. (10.30.13)

A Child's History of the World (2.22.08)

There are two versions of the 1997 edition. Page numbers were changed in the IGs sometime between 2005 and 2006. The version we are currently selling has pages that are 7 inches wide (from spine to the right)and about an inch taller (the previous version was only about 5 1/2 inches wide). This changed the amount of words on the page, making chapter and page numbers change. The older version goes to page 603, while the newer version goes to page 419. Sonlight no longer publishes CHOW.

Most assignments are by chapter ... Chapter 80 gets split like this:

  • pp. 513-514 (finish para)
  • pp. 514 (1st para)-517 (finish para)
  • pg. 517 (1st & 2nd para)
  • pp. 517 (last para) -520
