4 day Reader Option
- We will sell and use only the 5-day Reader sets
- We will tighten the 4 Day reader schedule where the 4 day students will read extra/beyond what the 5 day kids will do. Everyone will read all the Readers. In the Core IG they will cover all the books over 4 days that the 5-day program covers in 5 days (i.e. they will have slightly longer assignments. If there are 100 pages to read in a week the 5 day kids will average 20 pages per day M-F; the 4-day kids will need to average 25 pages per day).
- All students will read the same books each week; the 4 day students will read the books more quickly.
Core 3+4 IG Errors:
- Topics & Skills lists - Lists Attributes of God in the Bible Reading column. This is incorrect since we removed the A to Z book. (8.12.08)
- Study Guides - page numbers listed on weekly schedule pages for Reader and Read-Aloud study guides are incorrect. Please direct customers to the Table of Contents in each Study Guide for the correct page numbers. Please refer ticket up (or to Judy) if customers have further complaints. (8.11.08)
- Learning About God From A to Z was inadvertently left scheduled in the Core 3+4 IG. Product Development will work on contacting customers (via email or USPS) who purchased this IG to let them know of the error. (4.17.08)
- Update - Letter was sent to all customers who purchased Core 3+4 IG before the Learning About God From A to Z error was caught. A letter is now being included with all Core 3+4 IGs explaining the scheduling error. This has been corrected for the next print run. (5.22.08)
Book defects, backorders, edition changes, etc.
- Witch of Blackbird Pond (3A03) - new edition. We schedule by chapters, so no fix necessary to IG. Cross-posted on Core 3 page. (2.10.09)
