Part of the MY ACCOUNT menu on our web site is the MY STUDENTS section (found in MY PROFILE). The only way for customers to have students appear here is by entering them through SONIA. Unfortunately, that isn’t indicated in the MY STUDENTS section, and customers are confused!
I have asked Marketing to update the verbiage in this feature of our web site so customers will know they can’t add students in the MY STUDENTS section.
