Problems with Dive CD's I have received two calls about a Dive CD only going up to lesson 11. (Two different CD's, the 76 and 54) I contacted Genesis Science and they had not heard of the problem, but did recommend that the customer wipe off the back of the CD. Apparently some kind of film got on a few of the CD's and have caused them to "act weird."
The customer I spoke with today tried to load her Dive CD again while I was on the phone with her and the CD loaded properly and she was able to see all of the lessons.
If you receive a call with this complaint, have the customer wipe the back of the CD and try again.
