We are sending emails to customers who never purchased a core and offering them to purchase a core and pay nothing for 30 days. So they place an order today, we ship it out tomorrow and charge them one month later. We’ll have to process these orders manually because we are not set up to do it automatically yet. This trail offer is limited to the first 1000 customers who respond.
A few additional details: (8.24.07)
- As long as the customer is placing an order with a core on it, they can purchase anything else extra and it will also fall under the "pay nothing for 30 days" guarantee.
- The promo went out in an email
- Non-core purchasers do not qualify (SL will contact them and explain)
- Those who have purchased a core in the past are eligible, as email was inadvertantly sent to some who have purchased before
- Customers have to use a special promotion code
