LiveCall Updates 11.07

  • Added a note to the pre-call survey to let international customers know they don't need to put in their country code but just select from the dropdown list.
  • Added offline questions for customers to answer:
    • If they would like to be called or emailed back.
    • If called, what time would they prefer, and in what timezone.
    • A note to disclaim that we may not be able to call back at such a time.
