3TLP is the “printed material” of 3TL. 3TL is a package that includes 3TLP (the IG itself) and a Binder. When a client purchases 3TL, their packing slip will show 3TLP and a binder. In the column on the packing slip entitled “Pkg ID”, they will see the package ID of 3TL to show that 3TLP is part of 3TL.
