Daily reminders

Any questions, follow-up, etc., reassign ticket to SCA Facilitator with priority of Urgent. Change status of no contact calls to Advisor No Contact.

Weekly reminders

Send your invoice to mailto:[email protected], cc: [[email protected]]], at least monthly. It can be sent in weekly if you prefer, with a minimum of $50 due. Include the total hours in the email body.

Monthly reminders

Even if we are running Norton anti-virus or some other regular anti-virus scan, we also run a separate virus scan once a month. Here is the one that Ken suggested to us:
