To maintain consistency and continuity in customer contacts, we need to begin using the same intro and closing lines as Customer Relations.

Do NOT use a greeting line in addition to the intro (i.e. no "Dear Jane," - just start with the intro). Type in the customer's name after you insert the intro into the email.

CLOSING: It has been a pleasure serving you today. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
