IG Error?
First, check your IG. Do your best to keep your IG up-to-date, by marking in any updates as they are posted on the SCA intranet.
In the IG, remember to look at the schedule page, any notes for that week, any appendices in that particular IG, and the applicable guide. Information can be found in any of those places!
Second, take a look at the curriculum changes page on Sonlight's public forums and the Curricula Issues Category on the SCA intranet.
Lastly, if another Advisor is on call, or is on AIM, be sure to check with them before posting to the SCA forum.
The SCA facilitator will request information from Sonlight directly. Be sure to let the customer know we are checking and will get back to them as soon as possible. Follow up with the facilitator if you do not have an answer within 24 hours.
