E-IG Troubleshooting

Our E-IGs run within a browser, so trouble-shooting should be relatively simple. If a customer complains that their E-IG isn't working, run through the following with them:

  • Are you currently logged in to your Sonlight account?
  • Did you purchase any of the available E-IG products since April 1, 2015? (K-2 Core, LA, Science, PreK)
  • Are you using one of the mainstream browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari)?

If the customer continues to have issues with their E-IG, please gather as much information as possible (browser type, what is happening when it doesn't work, any error messages they see) and send an email to Yuong ([email protected]) including the customer name/customer number and the pertinent information.
