Rush Order charge
The rush orders leave within 24 hours of their receipt (except, of course, for the Friday afternoon and Saturday orders).
Rush processing:
I need my order quickly! What about rush processing? Is there a fee?
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If you require rush processing (because your materials must arrive in less than ** three weeks** from the time we receive your order), we reserve the right to charge 10% of your total order ($10.00 minimum) for special handling to push your order to the front of the line. You are most likely to be charged such a fee during our heavy season, from about July 1st to September 15th. But again, if we receive a mad rush of orders, we may have to charge the rush fee at any time.
