For those who have purchased since 6/2003 they have a 6 month unconditional money back guarantee. In this case the customer should return to the product to Sonlight with a copy of their packing slip/invoice. [They can print off their order history online if they have lost the packing slip.]
For those who purchased prior to 6/2003 they have a lifetime unconditional money back guarantee and the option to change to another language for life. For both the money back or when changing to another language the customer is to return the product to Sonlight with a copy of the packing slip. [THIS OPTION WAS CHANGED -- per Rosetta, the customer can return one language for another ONCE.]
Part of the reason for asking for a packing slip is for the customer to check and be sure they ordered from Sonlight.
