Clarification of LTL guarantee language (8.19.11)

''Partial Returns. If you find that a portion of a package or item that qualifies for the "Love to Learn/Love to Teach" Guarantee is unsatisfactory, but you'd like to keep the rest, we will gladly accept one (1) partial return. In other words, you can keep without penalty those items that work for you and return the unsatisfactory items—new or used—for a full refund.

  • Without penalty means that if a customer makes a partial return, we will not bill them for the 10% discount they saved.

Love to Learn Guarantee details [4.11.06]

Loves to Learn Guarantee … buy a core, coreplus, coreultra, any SL IG (not Inquisicorp), Bible program purchased at the same time as a Core program … all these are covered under LTL. One year from date of purchase to claim the guarantee. Use the first 12 weeks of the program … can still be returned for full refund. Return shipping charges are not refunded. Products in 13 weeks or higher has to be returned in resalable condition. One partial return – return part of the core, coreplus or coreultra, still will get full refund. We will not re-charge back the 10% discount. They will forfeit the rest of their Club benefits (further 10% discount, full forum access) if the return breaks the Core.

Items not under the LTL fall under the 6-month warranty.

Love to Learn Guarantee and Bible Packages [4.29.06]

Bible packages purchased on the same order as a core will be covered by the Love to Learn Guarantee. These packages *can* be for different levels than the core, but the full Bible package must be purchased, not individual titles. That includes the 3+4 bible set, which does not have a package number in the catalog but does include three books (we plan to add a package number for 3+4 Bible in 2007).

Customers should understand that the only schedule we provide is included in the Core IG. If they choose a different level Bible package it will not include a schedule.
