Update to Love to Learn Guarantee (8.29.12)

  • Multi-Subject Packages - Every product (absolutely every product) purchased with a Multi-Subject Package is covered under the LTL guarantee.
  • Core Packages - Every product (absolutely every product) purchased with a Core Package is covered under the LTL guarantee.
  • Returning anything from the order will void the LTL guarantee ... and anything returned from the Core portion of the order will void the Club membership.

Listing of items covered under Sonlight's L2L Guarantee [3.16.07]

The new Love to Learn Guarantee will be as follows ... customers will have *one year* from date of purchase to use up to 18 weeks of the program.

Yes, that means the book marks are basically incorrect. So here's what we're going to do ... when customers question the inconsistency, we'll simply tell the truth. We have decided to expand the window for customers to "test drive" our Core, CorePlus and CoreUltra programs so they can keep the materials for a *full* year from their date of purchase. They can actually USE all materials that are scheduled during the first 18 weeks. Hence our description: A Full-Half Year Guarantee (full calendar year to keep the materials, half a school year to use the materials).
