10.17.08 - All backordered items will be listed on the backorder page. Even those that are due in the same day they go on backorder.
7.29.08 - Customer packing slip will now include the approximate backorder date of b/o items. Sample_PackingSlip.pdf
9.27.07 - CR has a report that prints automatically every day for orders that have *everything* on backorder. They check that report daily and email everyone from the list asking them to either wait for the backorder item(s) or to cancel the order.
