CR Exceptions

Exceptions to Full Grade Packages (7/10/14)

• Any exception that would change the pre-assembled Instructor's Guide cannot be made.
• OK to let customer change Handwriting, Math, and/or Spelling. One or more in a given package. Be sure to make a note in the Comments field in the shopping cart - be sure to list the *product* and the *level* that you prefer to have. Including package SKU is also helpful.
• OK to let customer *leave out* Handwriting OR Math OR Spelling. One item only.
• Be sure to always check account in Assist ... and leave a note when you offer an exception.
