  • $100 credit on their first order which must include either a Core or Multi-Subject package

If you don't need help with choosing your curriculum you can go ahead and place your order online. Just put a note in the comment section that you are switching to Sonlight and would like the $100 credit.

Switch to Sonlight - Existing Customer
Thank you for your interest in the Switch to Sonlight promotion we are currently offering for new customers.

According to our records you did place an order with us in 20XX, so regrettably, you wouldn't qualify for the current promotion. I do apologize for the inconvenience. However, we are happy to offer you a coupon for $25.00 on your next order. Just use coupon code XXXXXX when you place your order. The expiration date is January XX, 2015, so you have one year to use it.


Eldina will email [or IM us] potential [or existing] customers that have sent their IGs to Sonlight for the Buy-Back program. We are going to be contacting those customers and are responsible for three things during the call:

  • 1. Let the customer know that they have $100 Buy-back credit [or whatever the credit is] with Sonlight towards their Core or MSP purchase
  • 2. Ask how you can assist in helping them choose a Core or Multi-Subject package for their family. [The credit is good towards a Core or Multi-Subject package only]
  • 3. Ask the customer to add a note in the comment section before checking out of SCOPS- stating that they have a (up to $100) credit towards their Buy-back program.

Eldina will email [or IM] the Advisor on CALLS when a Buy-back call needs to be made. After we've contacted the customer, please reply back to Eldina [same email] and let her know that call has been made. Please add a short note about the call in the reply.

If Eldina contacts you via IM, you may contact customer without creating a ticket. Please send an email to Eldina after you've completed the call with customer name and number and let her know it's completed.

If you don't reach the customer, please create an FP ticket so it can be reattempted. We will contact the customer over two days [like we do with calls now]. If we don't reach customer over those two days, please send them an email with the pertinent information. Once you've reached them via phone [or sent them an email], please send an email to Eldina and let her know.

If you look in assist in the notes section for the customer, you will find the amount of their credit before you call them. [Pull up customer, click F10 the click 3 to see the notes - then click note #]
