Client requesting ISBN, author info., etc.

When a customer requests additional information on a specific book (i.e. full author's name, ISBN, etc.) only provide the details listed in the catalog. They tell the customer 'that information is not available' (they'd have to walk out to the warehouse). If they want the correct book they can always order it from Sonlight!
