Rosetta Stone Afrikaans (11.23.10)

Many customers have requested this language, however, RS does not carry it in the homeschool edition.

To Order a package not listed on our website (added 2.3.09)

• Have them put a package in their cart that is the same price, so the credit card authorized the correct amount.
• Have the customer put a note in the comment section of the order
  • indicate what item they need, specifically (language, audio companion, levels included)
  • ensure we have an accurate phone number and email address so CR can contact them if there are any questions
• During sale 9/09, CR will take phone orders for those not listed on the website, as indicated in the marketing email

Languages Backordered?

All Rosetta products will be shipped from Sonlight directly to avoid tax issues.

• If we have sold 5 or more of that language in the past year we will stock the language in the warehouse.
• If we have sold less than 5, we will backorder the product while it is ordered.
• This information is NOT TO BE RELEASED TO CUSTOMERS.

Mandarin Chinese

The 3 different versions of Chinese are actually all included in the one Mandarin Chinese program. The client chooses in which format the characters (letters) will be seen; traditional (full character version), simplified (version currently in use in China to promote literacy through less characters), or roman letters (using our lettering).

Rosetta Latin uses the Restored Classical Pronunciation.
