4 DAY READERS: 4-day Core packages K-2 have 5-day Readers [4.29.06, updated 9.7.06]

5-day Reader Packages and LA schedules:

As indicated on page 17, Sonlight believes children in these early grades should read five days a week especially when they are learning to read and practicing that skill. Thus, all our K-2 Adv packages contain all Readers.

Currently LA2 Int and LA2 Adv offer a 5-day schedule only. Each of these LA schedules will eventually be 5-day only.

As to why we started with LA2 Int and LA2 Adv...this decision was made late in our season due to the introduction of the new Reader Packs. The other LA IGs were already completed so we began with the levels that were still in production.
