Expected IG Backorders List of anticipated IG release dates for 2007.

IG error's 2007

  • KTB - Both book lists have a note indicating that the Mother Goose Rhymes is included a compilation within the Study Guide. That there is no separate book. This is incorrect as they are no longer included and there is indeed a separate book.
  • 150-30 - Week 28 schedule was left out of the Physical Science Schedule Plus. Available on the Curriculum Updates page.
  • T4TB - First run of this IG was missing the Section 1. Available on the Curriculum Updates page
  • 7TB - Schedule for both research papers was incorrect (12 week instead of 7 week). Revised research paper schedules now available on the Curriculum Updates page. 7.4.07
  • 2TLN -
    • schedule for Wordly Wise B inadvertently left off IG; when completed production will post schedule to curriculum updates page. 6.8.07
    • some copies were printed without the spelling instructions in the Week 1 Notes. Instructions are available on the Curriculum Updates page. 7.16.07
    • Spelling line is an error - should be vocabulary development line 8.30.07
  • 2TL1 - does not match sheets in 2TLA; production correcting. 6.7.07
  • 3TL does not include a schedule for the 3 advanced readers. Production will post the schedule on the curriculum updates page. 5.25.07
  • 3TL Revision updates
  • 6TB, T2TB, and 4TB printed prior to 4.11.07 did not have the icons on the schedule pages. Production will print alternate schedule pages and include an apology letter with the alternate schedule in the already shrink-wrapped editions. Sonlight will send the corrected version to all customers who have received the initial IG.
  • 400-00 updated schedule for A Tree Grows in Brooklyn now available on the Curriculum Updates page
  • 2TS - Living World Encyclopedia answer key has no answers; corrected pages will be sent 4.11.07
  • 2TS - Science 2 Activity Sheet Answer Keys 5-28 were inadvertently numbered incorrectly. For example, Science 2 Activity Sheet Answer Key 4 should be 5, 5 should be 6, 21 should be 22, etc. There is no information missing. Only the labels for Answer Keys 5-28 are incorrect. Will be posted on the Curriculum Updates page. (7.10.07)
  • KTL - missing last 10 pages of appendix containing sound cards to be cut out by customer; pages will be sent 4.12.07
  • 1TL - KL02 (Language and Thinking) assignments listed optional for Core C w/ gr 1 readers; product listed as optional recommended resource in catalog corrections. 5.2.07

Print quality issues with 2007 IGs (8.17.07)

Depending on volume and timing of release, we have some of our IGs copied and some printed. We have done our very best to ensure the best quality of finished product in both cases. We use several printers and copiers to handle our IGs each year. In some cases, the printers/copiers do not all use the same techniques or paper. In some rare cases, the end of a print run will be less quality than the initial portion.

We are, this summer, reviewing our print practices and vendors and we expect to improve the overall quality of printing/copying our IGs going forward.

We do apologize for those IGs that are of a lesser quality than desired, and are happy to work with customers to resolve this issue. In some cases that will mean replacing the IG with one of better quality if possible.

If customers complain about the print quality of their IG, please refer to CR.

2007 Science K & 3 - wrong IG received KTS and 3TS had the wrong barcode printed on them. Consequently they are scanning as 1TS. We have systems/procedures in place to catch these but we may have some customers who receive the wrong IG. Refer ticket to SCA facilitator for resolution; let customer know we will ship the corrected IG ASAP.

Core B IG now 3-hole punched FOR 2007 IG is 3-hole punched set of sheets ready to slide into a binder. A 1" binder is included in the Core program.
