- customers who have been added to our customer database since 1/1/05
- individuals who have requested a catalog since 1/1/06.

Once the 2006 catalog is in-house we will also mail to:
- customers who have been added to our database since 3/1/06 (to catch new customers since the query above). This includes SCC lists that have been processed since the above query.
