want, you may upgrade to the new version for only the cost of shipping
your old program back to us.

Follow these steps to
take advantage of this upgrade:
I will email you when we receive the new programs in our warehouse. At
that point, I'll remind you of these steps and ask you to send your old
program back in. Then ...
- Pack up all the components
of your old program. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange
partial programs. For example, we cannot swap lone 1.0 textbooks for
2.0 textbooks or lone CD sets for 2.0 CD sets. Please use this checklist
when you return your program:
- CD set with all the CDs
- CD holders
- Textbook
- Answer Key
- Print out this Return Address
label. If you do not use this label, please clearly
write "TT Upgrade " and your customer number (#) on the
outside of the package.
