Dear Sonlight,
If you're happy with Sonlight
products, we want to know. If you're dissatisfied, we still want to know
so that we can do better. Whenever you make a Sonlight purchase, we'd
like to know:
- Why do you like the
product you purchased?
- Or, why don't you like
the product?
Speak your mind,
inform other homeschoolers and help us improve product offerings
We recently made a change to our
review system. In the past, you were able to rate a product simply by
indicating, on a 1-5 scale, how many stars you believe a product merits.
While this provides a quick means of assessment, without an accompanying
explanation, others who are considering the same product don't know the
"why" behind the rating and aren't able to make an informed
buying decision.
To enhance the
effectiveness of our system, we've removed all reviews with a star rating
but no written explanation.
For a quick look at the products
you've previously rated, follow the steps below to update your review and
leave a comment. You'll not only help other homeschoolers locate the best
products (and avoid any that you believe to be lacking), but you'll also
help us improve our product offerings to you.
- Log in to your account at
sonlight.com.
- Click on your name (in
the upper right corner of the screen)
- Click on the My Reviews
link.
- Click Add a Review.
- Assign
a star rating AND offer a brief explanation for your rating. Repeat the process for any additional review
updates.
If you have any practical tips for
using the product(s), be sure to include that in your review. I think
your fellow homeschoolers will appreciate it.
