Dear Customer,
I hope you've heard the news: the
Sonlight Forums just went through a major makeover.
Whether you're a regular or haven't
been by in years, go explore the new look for yourself! You'll find
encouragement, support, food for thought, prayer and more. Most of all,
you'll discover that you're not in this homeschool adventure alone.
What's better about the new Forums?
Among other things, they are now:
- Faster and more
stable
- Compatible with
mobile devices
- Customizable (with
exciting new "skins" to personalize your Forum experience)
But before you visit,
note a few important items:
- Please read the Forum Announcement when you first enter the
new Forums.
You'll learn of a few key changes that will save you time and
frustration in the long-run.
- You will need to reset your
password
Your username, post count and data have all been preserved from the
old Forums. Regrettably, your password did not transfer over. You'll
have to reset your password the first time you visit the new Forums.
Here's how:
- Head to the login page and enter your
username
- Click on "I've forgotten my
password"
- Follow the instructions in the email you
receive. (You'll need to click through the email in order to
trigger a second email, which will contain your new password.)
- Use this new password to log in. You may then
access your My Settings page to change your password to whatever
you want it to be.
- If your Forum name includes an
apostrophe or a comma, you will need to contact the
Forum Administrator for help. I apologize that you will have to take
this extra step.
- The new system truncated any username with an
apostrophe or comma, so please email [email protected]
and let Judy know your full username. She will fix it in the new
Forums and reply to your email with a temporary password so you can
log in.

at https://forums.sonlight.com, and then be
sure to read the important Forum
Announcement.
