Thank you for ordering the
Instructor's Guide, Core Package or Multi-Subject Package for Core G: World History Year 1 of
2. As you know, your Instructor's Guide is currently on
backorder. I'm writing to let you know that last week we regrettably had
to push back the ship date for the guide.
Fortunately, you can now download
the first 3 weeks of the Core G Instructor's Guide
(with all your materials for the first 3 weeks except the maps). With the
new schedule, we plan to start shipping the complete Core G guides on
June 29.
I sincerely apologize that we have
failed to finish the Core G Instructor's Guide by the date we originally
promised, and I apologize for the inconvenience this clearly causes you.
In an attempt to help make things
right, a member of
my Customer Relations team will call you within the next two weeks. The
representative will ask when you hope to start school and will work with
you to find the best solution. We want to help you have the materials you
need when you need them.
For example, as soon as the guide is
ready to go to the printer in early June, we will make photocopies of the
first 6 weeks and mail them to you if that would help. We will then ship
the full printed Instructor's Guide as soon as it is back from the printer,
which is expected June 29.
Though we have obviously hit
unforeseen snags in the development of this re-designed Instructor's
Guide, we are still working diligently to bring you the level of quality
you expect and deserve from Sonlight. Once you receive your guide, I
trust you will find it to be an extremely valuable and easy-to-use tool.
My team and I will
continue to communicate with you as the guide is
finished. In addition to calling you soon, we will email to let you know
when the first 6 weeks and then the entire guide have been shipped.
