Dear Marketing,
Thank you for ordering the
Instructor's Guide, Core Package or Multi-Subject Package for Core F: Eastern Hemisphere.
As you know, your Instructor's Guide is currently on backorder. I'm
writing to let you know that last week we regrettably had to
significantly push back the date when the sample and complete guide will
be ready.
With the new schedule, you can expect
to be able to download the first 3 weeks of the guide starting on June
29. We plan to
start shipping Core F guides on July 31. For now, I
invite you to browse
a special mini sample of the first week of the Core F IG.
I sincerely apologize that we have
failed to finish the Core F Instructor's Guide by the date we originally
promised, and I apologize for the terrible inconvenience this clearly
causes you.
In an attempt to help make things
right, a member of
my Customer Relations team will call you within the next two weeks. The
representative will ask when you hope to start school and will work with
you to find the best solution. We want to help you have the materials you
need when you need them.
For example, as soon as the guide is
ready to go to the printer in late June, we will make photocopies of the first 6 weeks and
mail them to you if that would help. We will then ship
the full printed Instructor's Guide as soon as it is back from the
printer, which is expected July 31.
Here is a summary of the timeline you
can expect:
- Now: See an
online mini sample of the Core F Instructor's Guide.
- June 29: Download
the first 3 weeks of the guide.
- Late June: We will
photocopy the first 6 weeks of the guide and mail them to you.
- July 31: We expect
to have the completed guides back from the printer. We will ship
your full guide right away.
Though we have obviously hit
unforeseen snags in the development of this re-designed Instructor's
Guide, we are still working diligently to bring you the level of quality
you expect and deserve from Sonlight. Once you receive your guide, I
trust you will find it to be an extremely valuable and easy-to-use tool.

finished. We will email to let you know when you can download the first 3
weeks, and then again when the entire guide has been shipped.
