Dear Customer,
Congratulations to
Christi N of Mishawaka, IN! Over 11,000 Sonlighters
voted in the annual Sonlight Photo Contest, and Christi's
photo won. Look for her family on the cover of Sonlight's 2012 catalog.
Christi caught the
winning shot during a Sonlight-inspired search for tadpoles. "Jadon
is five, and looking for tadpoles in the water is about the coolest thing
he could imagine," writes Christi. "Watching him learn without
realizing he's doing it is about the coolest thing I could
imagine!"
"When I found Sonlight and read
the list of amazing
books, the fun science projects, and the hands-on learning opportunities,
I decided this was a new kind of home schooling I could really get
excited about. It really is the way I wish I'd been taught!" Christi
is now studying Core B and Sonlight Science with her boys in their third
year of Sonlight. As the photo contest winners, her family will receive a
$500 gift certificate from Sonlight and a framed 2012 catalog cover.
I'd also like to congratulate Cally K of Thailand for her 2nd place
photo, Tanya of Asia for her 3rd place photo and Janet W of Fairview, TN
for her 4th place shot. They'll all receive Sonlight gift certificates
and a framed copy of the page where their photo appears inside the 2012
catalog.
